Flipkart - Online Shopping App App Reviews

I had ordered for a iPad 3 case and I got a iPad mini case ok.. Fine not an issue I can return it. But !! Why are you guys randomly giving me a replacement of the same product again!! And again and again!!! How many times should I do a return and not get a replacement! I DONT WANT A REPLACEMENT !!! I did return like thrice with this stupid app of yours and I was getting a replacement even when I have not asked for it!! Finally today I have asked for a return the 4th TIME but from the website and if still this stuff is not been take from me then May God help you ! and give me money back!!!! Aint no body got time for this!

I have an aircel number with 10 different digits. App doesnt accept it and says it is an invalid number so I cant even signup. Reading the horrible reviews of this app maybe I am lucky. But this is India. Why should we be surprised with horrible service? Here nothing works well, problems are constantly created when there are easy answers and nobody ever accepts responsibility for their actions and mistakes.

Very Good and user friendly

Very bad customer service,no phone numbers only mail communications by different people for 1 issue! And they say return or refund but says not applicable for any item,till purchase its easy but when get issue they will not solve that ,I say no from flip kart as per my experience.
